Arrive to Ecuador (B)

In the morning you will be taken to the airport for your direct flight Cusco – Lima. Once in Lima our representative will help you check in for your international flight to Quito.
Transfer to your hotel in Quito.

Visiting the Otavalo Market (B, L)

Early in the morning we shall depart from Quito to visit the Otavalo Market, which is one of South America’s most famous Indian markets. The market dates back to pre-Inca times and is famous for its textiles woven on back-strap and shuttle looms. Return to Quito and transfer to your Hotel.

Quito City Tour (B)
Explore the city of Quito, beginning with a drive through the northern residential section and continuing to the historic Colonial Centre, designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. This area is said to have 40 churches and chapels, 16 convents and monasteries with their cloisters, 17 plazas and courtyards, and 12 museums.

Starting Out on Your Cruise (B, L, D)
In the morning, transfer to the airport to board your flight to the extremely bio-diverse Galapagos Islands. When you arrive you will be transferred to the dock to board your cruiser and listen to an introductory welcome speech.
After lunch, you will travel among mangrove-lined islets to Santa Cruz Island, an area of past volcanic activity.

Bartholome Island (B, L, D)

In the morning you will disembark at Bartolomé Island (dry landing) and prepare for a steep climb, aided by a wooden staircase, up to the summit of the hill. After lunch, we’ll travel to Puerto Egas (wet landing), which is a wonderful place to see all kinds of shore and land birds.
Overnight: Ship

Darwin Bay (Tower Island) (B, L, D)

After breakfast, we come to shore (wet landing) at a small white-coralline beach. We’ll take a stroll observing hundreds of birds. Later in the day we’ll arrive at North Seymour Island, which is one of the few uplifted islands in Galápagos. Observe Galápagos sea lions and marine iguanas. Return to ship for dinner
Overnight: Ship

Santa Fe (Barrington) Island (B, L, D)

Morning: We’ll disembark to visit Santa Fe (Barrington) Island. We’ll follow a trail to see large land iguanas. In the afternoon we will sail to Santa Cruz.and visit the Charles Darwin Research Station. See  Giant Tortoises, the Giant Prickly-Pear Cactus forest and many different land birds. Later, see the Scalesia forest and “Los Gemelos.” Look for endangered giant tortoises.

Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (B, L)

In the morning you will visit Puerto Baquerizo Moreno Island. This small attractive port is the provincial capital of the Galápagos Islands (population 4,000). Here you will visit the San Cristóbal Interpretation Center. Transfer to the airport for your return flight to Quito. Transfer to hotel in Quito

At the appropriate hour you will be taken to the airport for your international flight home.
