LATA, Latin American Travel Association, is a UK based organization dedicated to the promotion and growth of travel between Latin America and Ireland and the United Kingdom. Their goal is to improve public awareness of Latin America as a tourism destination and to promote travel industry professionalism  through education and training.
TIES, The International Ecotourism Society, is a global network of industry practitioners, institutions and individuals helping to integrate environmental and socially responsible principles into practice. APTAE, Peruvian Association of Adventure Tourism and Eco-Tourism, is a nonprofit organization that promotes adventure and ecological tourism in Peru, and seeks to preserve and benefit the environment through the participation of its members in courses of education and conservation projects.
