Next we go to the Santa Ana neighborhood, which is known as the artist’s district, with the works of some of Peru´s most famous artists.

Next morning, after breakfast, visit the Wari archaeological complex, which was the capital of the first Andean empire. Afterwards go to the Huanta, better known as the "Esmeralda de los Andes" ("Emerald of the Andes"), and the Center of Apicola Production (Honeybees). Final stop at the famous Pikimachay cave.

Very early the following morning, leave for the southern part of Ayacucho; to the Morochucos plateau where you will see three gorgeous waterfalls. After a brief walk, arrive at the Wawapuquio, a healing pool of gasified water. Then head towards the village of Cangallo, which is situated between the Pampas and Macromayo rivers.
