Itinerary:
Days 1-3:
Reception and assistance at the Airport in Buenos Aires. From there our representative will accompany you to your hotel.
In the morning take a tour of the city and visit the Plaza de Mayo. Surrounding the plaza are various colonial buildings of interest. The tour continues down Avenida de Mayo and along the Avenida 9 de Julio, the widest avenue in the world. Visit the famous Colon Opera House and the Recoleta Cemetery, with the tomb of Eva Peron.
Return to your hotel. Next day, you will be free to rest and explore the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Buenos Aires. At night enjoy dinner with a Tango Dance performance.
Days 4-7: In the morning you will be taken to the airport for your flight to the mountain resort town of Bariloche in Argentina’s Lake District. This area has one of the main ski resorts in Argentina, and during the summer you can participate in exciting adventure tours.
Next morning, visit Bariloche’s residential areas along the lake. Ride a chairlift up Campanario Mountain. You’ll cross the Angostura River and have a wonderful view of Moreno Lake and the Llao Llao Peninsula. Return to your hotel. Free afternoon to explore this area.
Early on the following morning you’ll take a motor coach ride to Puerto Panuelo where you will board a catamaran and sail across Lake Nahuel Huapi to Puerto Blest. Continue by bus to Puerto Alegria and then to Lake Frias to the Vincente Rosales Pass (pass through Argentinean and Chilean customs).
After lunch, you’ll hop aboard another catamaran and sail over Lake Todos los Santos. Motor coach to Puerto Varas and transfer to your hotel.
Next day, have a free morning to explore Puerto Varas.
In the afternoon, you’ll have a tour of the city. Afterwards, drive along the banks of the Lake Llanquihue to Puerto Montt.
Days 8-11: In the morning you will be taken to the airport to board your direct flight to Santiago (Chile). Transfer to your hotel. Santiago, the capital of Chile, is a combination of modern and colonial architecture.
On the next morning, your tour of the city will begin with a visit to the San Francisco Church, and the Colonial Museum. It stops at the Fine Arts Museum and continues to the Bellavista Quarter. From there head to Cerro San Cristóbal. Visit the Ralli Foundation Museum and a shop of handicrafts and lapis lazuli jewelry.
Return to your hotel.
On the following day you are free to explore the beautiful Capital of Chile. Optional: Visit one of Chile’s wineries and sample their exquisite wine. Next morning you shall be accompanied to the airport for your international flight
